I am to the right of Dean and Pelosi. I actively fought against Dean in 2004. I am a Kerry, Warner, Gore, Feinstein type democrat. I like Bill Clinton too, though I don't think Hillary should be our nominee. Gore and CLinton an the country very well. Extremely well. They did not run it as "leftists". In fact they were solid on national defence and did away with welfare as we used to know it. They were also southern boys, Christians and Gore was in the military. Enlightened red-staters really. As for Kerry, he's to the right of Bush on fiscal policies. Certainly there's nothing conservative about blowing 7 trillion in deficit spending in 8 years and almost doubling the size of our government, while at the same time making it much less efficient. Now is there? Also, Kerry is much more of a military and counter-terrorist expert than Bush. Kerry would have killed Osama Bin Laden years ago. I'm still puzzled why Bush let Osama go. Aren't you?
