Thanks yes, I've read that.. naturally. However it is primarily marketing spin. To say "our telecommunications network" really doesn't mean anything. It doesn't point to ownership of any rings or routes/fiber. Believe me, that same line has been used by others who do not own a carrier network. Covad does not own a transport network .. metro or otherwise as far as I can tell. They mostly colo their equipment and lease. However, I have to believe that there is fiber somewhere with their name on it ... I am just having a hard time finding it. So, if someone has information in this regard (aside from the market spin contained on their website that obscurely refers to "our network") .. please I would really like to see it.
