Mixed emotions on lack of reaction. If there had been a reaction I would have paid much more since I had decided to buy on Friday and my order placed before news was available to me.

But also supprised at the lack of move on what looks important. This is the link to public awareness that Xoma is involved in reducing or fighting resistance to antibiotics. Since BPI has demonstrated its safety in other trials this should not prove to be a barrier here. Then if BPI is effective I think we will have some results that will be of great interest and with wider potential than success with meningococcemia.

In the meantime CBMI on no news is up almost $1, to near $10. Was forced to buy more of this stock at $7.5 when puts I wrote were exercised.<g> And yet IMO XOMA holds at least as great potential. XOMA does a superb job of keeping us informed. CBMI does squat. Sturza recomends CBMI. If CF eventual trials work out perhaps Sturza will give XOMA another look.
