Concur. Given a choice between completing paperwork and managing assets, I will take managing the assets any day. But I would prefer having both... Unlike most junior golds, CKG does not issue options and warrants like candy and funds its exploration/drilling within its means, with the result being actually having positive EPS. Much prefer this style of management of assets and can forgive the paperwork negligence.

FWIW, RR can make up for this paperwork mistake readily. He simply needs to sell a few thousand of his GLG shares and be on the buyside when CKG begins trading again... If CKG gets a 10-20% haircut when trade commences, sure would like to see RR buying. This would give existing shareholders confidence in their LT holding of CKG.
