That's a ridiculous argument. You don't think that the company produces anything of value? And, according to your criteria, most companies could go away and not be missed (with the exception of Tivo. I don't think I could live without Tivo).

VTSS will recover or will be purchased by another company. I don't think they'll just "go away"... The question is how long one will tolerate waiting.
