I had a better immigration plan.

1. no more auto citizenship for kids born in usa to illegals.
2. Folks who have american kids now, should be treated in a different way than the rest. Their status needs to me rationalized. Cant boot out american citizens because they are unable (too young) too defend themselves. Parents in this group should get green cards, end of story.
3. Several legal border crossings should be opened up for folks to go both ways. Incoming must have latest tech ID and a promise of a job at minimum wage or above. Outgoing--no questions asked. This should help put the coyotes out of business
4. Huge penalties for businesses who break law. Ricoh like penalties. Sieze assets. This should force employers to follow law on guest workers who walk across the border with a job offer and a fool proof id. Also gets rids of coyotes.
5. Guest workers who over time show an interest in citizenship should be able to get in line.
6. No one becomes a citizen without learning a little history and alot of english.
