That's a bald-faced rightwing lie that lower taxes create higher revenues. One of the biggest hoaxes and myths ever perped by you guys. Any third grade math student could see through that one.

If Bush's tax cuts are creating such great revenues, then why is he running trillion dollar a year deficits when Clinton was giving us surpluses? And why did Reagan, Bush Sr. and Clinton all have to raise taxes to pay off Reagan's deficits from when he lowered taxes?

If you don't collect a piece from those making the big profits, your government goes broke. And if profit-makers want to play, they have to pay. Simple as that.

Our government is already on target to collapse with Bush's tax cuts, and that's only after four years or so. Whoever's in charge next will definitely have to raise taxes. So enjoy the party for now on your kid's inheritance.
