That makes sense. He or Dines are about the only NLW people that have that much power IMO. Though Jason can really move his picks on occasion. Would have opened 1.10-1.20 without the halt to cool things off. Good thing, no need for people to overpay, though they might well be happy with the price later if this very large project can be advanced.
