Sounds pretty similar to Bush's plan. But the big complaint against Bush by people with more stubborness then brains is they want to deport 12,000,000 people, Bush want to find and identify them, give them a legal status to work 3 years or so THEN they either apply for something more permanent ultimately leading to citizenship after 12-15 years or they leave. jdn
