Stephen, I think it's yo-yoing becasause of the lawsuit. I bought this strictly on fundamentals. With earnings of about $2.20 for the next four quarters ending 12/97 through 9/98 its trading at only about 22x forward earnings. If you compare that to the growth rate it's a screaming buy. Once the lawsuits are resolved (whichever way they come out) I expect this stock to soar. Regards, Paul
