So you ARE a Gore supporter. Fine. I like Al despite the rather weak campaign he ran in 2000. I talked to him a few months ago. I would support him as a #2 choice but he needs a lot more fire in his belly first. He needs to get really hungry and fixed on the goal. And no more milk-toast Liebermans as running mates. When I talked to him he didn't seem aggressive or determined. He joked about being an ex-politician and sounded fine with that. I got the impression he was very happy to be retired from politics, relaxed outside the spotlight, making money and spending time with his family. I may be wrong, but I still don't think he's running. I also wonder why he never protested about being cheated out of the election in 2000. It was pretty obvious, much more so than with Kerry in Ohio. I don't think he's ever mentioned it. Anyway, except for Kerry and Warner, and not even those two are for sure, we don't know who's running. So who cares for now? November is what's important. 2008 is three years away and anything could happen by then.
