Anywhere but wildlife preserves, wilderness preserves, wetlands, marine preserves and other environmentally or economically sensitive areas. Should drilling be banned from the entire east and west coast IYO - as it is now? Is that your idea of marine preserves? How about the beautiful Rocky mountains in western Colorado? How about southern Louisiana (wetlands). As for environmentally sensitive, isn't the Prudhoe Bay territory just as sensitive as ANWR?
