Doug - I'd disagree; he's used Intel processors for a long time, so he certainly has a feel for what they're saying they're able/willing to provide him and when. He can compare it to historical allocations with other processors, of which the yields are at least now roughly known and be able to get some idea. Of course, they could be jerking him around, but that would be pretty foolish.
