Elfram: Lawsuits are a way of life in the industry, and investors hate uncertainty. So long as the respective PR machines are working overtime for both companies, I expect to see volatility and depressed prices. I believe that the case will eventually be settled out of court, and regardless of the outcome we will see a sharp rebound in the prices for the stock once the uncertainty is removed.
