You said it yourself!....No upfront costs to the schools result in no revenue for WWAT. WWAT may significantly increase in contracts but there are no revenue from these contracts. Meanwhile, the company is burning 3.5M dollars per quarter and has to raise cash through death spiral financing.

Good technology, but bad management and bad business execution IMO.

This stock is becoming a pump and dump game for the major players who hold the company by the neck through death spiral financing.
