Cosider it official. Mr. Frank Yoshino of MTIC confirmed to me today via telephone that the company has applied for a listing with NASDAQ and expects approval in six to eight weeks. He is not aware of any reason why MTIC would be denied the listing.

The six to eight weeks quoted to me is the normal time frame for review of the application and follow up required by NASDAQ.

Mr. Yoshino's office was courteous and prompt, a nice change of pace from some IR departments. I hope it carries true throughout the company.
