JF, The stuff, like SS, that he couldn't get done were because he puts ideology ahead of pragmatism. His "solutions" don't make any sense. Huh? If anything, it's the other way around when it comes to Bush and Social Security. Privatization is a pragmatic way of saving Social Security. How are the alternatives more "pragmatic," considering that the ratio of retirees to working people is going up? Tenchusatsu
