Yep, and sleep architecture is more important in many ways than quantity of sleep.

Finding a medication for insomnia that does not alter the structure of sleep, does not leave you hung over in the morning, or is not habit forming is a difficult task. The closest are melatonin and Rozerem, but these only help in 25-30% of those that try it.
