Great article. But this isn't just a Bush problem. We have an America full of people who want instant gratification and know nothing of sacrifice for the greater good. Patriotism is decried as politically incorrect and people won't do what is right if it costs them a nickel.

We need to wake up. Our country and our culture is sick. A could start will be to get rid of Bush. A good follow through would be to increase the gas tax and use the proceed for alternative energy development.
