If there was problems with the laser than why would ASMLF be up. Let me tell you why, Because Cymers lasers work and the rumor I keep hearing today about ASMLF getting a order for 200 steppers is correct. Just rumors! But look at the volume and large blocks, just hitters no knuckleheads in this one, yet.
