The Redmond software giant finds itself under attack as Symantec sues to stop Windows Vista. Symantec software vendor, which purchased storage software company Veritas last year, claims Microsoft is illegally incorporating Veritas' storage management code into Vista. Of course, Microsoft denies these claims. You can probably expect this lawsuit to add further delays to the release of Windows Vista. We can only hope the two parties agree on a settlement and move on.
