Its more bogus anti-hispanic crap. The same charges were made particularly against italian immigrants. Plenty of old work italians never learned a word of english but their offspring did. I am Jewish and my grandparents spoke pretty well but others were not as smart or motivated. This is a human issue. But in the end its the kids who learn english in schools just like in the past. And in one generation new hispanics will be making significant contributions. We suck these folks in to our country because there are low pay jobs that no one here wants to do. Punish businesses who do that. Have a guest worker program with no amnesty. If only we could get folks like you to support the progressive bush policy on this. Its time for you dudes to partner with your ally on this in the WH. Can you get over your hate?
