I heard Rush Limbaugh attacking Nagin. Is it because Rush thinks he's liberal because he's black? Or it is just trying to blame someone else rather than the biggest culprits, Bush and FEMA?

Nagin made some mistakes, but he was on the case from moment one. Bush and his cabinet were not only all on vacation, they waited days to push for any help. And by then it was too late.

In fact the morning after the flood Bush stopped somewhere in the west to make some BS speech about how great he was with his "war on terror" comparing himself to FDR of all people.

Also, let's remember another real problem. The national guard and army engineers and all their equipment were not around, and levee rebuilding funding had been cut drastically in 2003, why? Because all that manpower and equipment was sent to Iraq.
