I had trouble at first too. It's complicated and every step has to be done correctly. My tendency was to go too fast and skip a step or do it incorrectly.

Do you have Comcast Broadband, or another broadband that allows you to upload pictures? If so, send me the URL of a picture, and I'll try to help.

Here's the source of a picture that you wanted to post:

Let's see what happens when we replace everything left of www and everything right of jpg with {chart] and {/chart]
(including the '), respectively. So <img src=' becomes {chart] and >. becomes {/chart] (I changed one of the squar brackets to curly brackets so it wouldn't be translated)
. Then uncheck Preview/Spellcheck.
