JQP, I wish someone had the answer.. I see these modular prefab homes going for $125 psf+. I hear from sources here in Florida general contractors can't build a decent sized two story box for $90 psf anymore unless they work for free. I hear a ton of condo projects getting shelved in FL and Vegas due to skyrocketing construction costs..
