The point is that it's easy to charge defamation, costly to defend against it. It's not just a matter of guilt or innocence, as you seem to suggest. One must consider whether it's worth the risk to state a negative opinion. It's not a level playing field because non-insiders can hype a company without worrying about a libel charge. Not suggesting that you or anyone else on this thread would think of doing that... Larry
