FEMA money? Oh, no, wait, it was suppose to help pay for gas for all those buses that sat empty when Katrina hit but Nagin took off for Baton Rouge and hid. Jefferson was just saving it for when the next hurricane hit and they would be able to get farther out of town while the rest of New Orleans was left to suffer. That's reasonable isn't?
