Please tell me, what the heck is the gist of this report. I'm interested in the salient points, preferably those which are at least partly verifyible. The analyst covering this stock is quite reputable - thus I find his downgrade or his office's downgrade of it disturbing.

Please provide more details to me / us. (I have no fax).
