That isn't Hollywood, you nimrod. It's raw real every day unvarnished video footage of Baghdad ER doctors daily lives and their handling of about ten different casualties coming in. This is real heroism, not the phony Bush aircraft carrier photo op kind. It also shows the true cost of the war, and how much the troops want to come home from that senseless, stupid and practically pointless war.

Of course Bushies have been trying to cover up the reality of the war since day one. They don't deal in reality only myths, spin, smears, fears and fantasies.
