TouchStone Software Corporation Acquires DriverZone.com, a Premier Device Driver Resource Portal
TouchStone Software Corporation (OTCBB:TSSW) today announced that it has acquired Driverzone.com, one of the Internet's premier Device Driver resource web sites. The acquisition includes the domain name and Driverzone.com's device driver library. Driverzone.com is one of the original and most visible device driver resource web sites on the Internet and was started in 1995.
"The acquisition of Driverzone.com will greatly expand our existing network of technical content web sites and ultimately enhance the visibility of TouchStone's new DriverAgent on-line device driver update subscription service by exposing DriverAgent to a much broader potential customer base" said Jason Raza, president and chief executive officer of Touchstone Software Corporation. "We anticipate a quick return on our investment on the Driverzone.com acquisition as we immediately begin strategically marketing TouchStone's DriverAgent service and begin accepting advertising on the web site."
