siliconinvestor.com Ya gotta love an article with info like this: Housing prices in Broward continue to shock some buyers. The median home price in Broward County in March -- the price at which half the homes sell for more and half the homes sell for less -- was $368,100 for a house and $202,600 for a condo. I guess even 4th graders aren't supposed to know what "median" means.
