<Use of the word "lens" , something you were getting after Solon about , btw !) >
Yes, I objected to Solon's use of lens was describing a way to separate 2 theories embedded in each other... ie. that aren't separate, but really simply the same thing in different stages of evolution, so to speak... OTOH, if the Universe is a hologram, then everything would be represented in everything else, and so I suppose 'lens' is as descriptive as anything else. :)
BTW, I really liked David Peat's book:

and am considering more of his ealier stuff.
Further to the concept of wholeness, ONE, mysticism, and holograms would be reading on the ancient Taoist view of the universe. As you probably know they discoverd holograms in the human body and developed acupuncture from (in conjunction with?) them. They also claim the existance of "Qi", a higher order energy (etheric body?) that is not scientifically proven in the West. Of course the Toaist's world view is also based on holograms:
<Indeed he proposes that there may be an infinite series, and perhaps hierarchies, of implicate (or "generative") orders, some of which form relatively closed loops and some of which do not. Higher implicate orders organize the lower ones, which in turn influence the higher.>
In line with Eastern religions and philosophy... Turtles on top of turtles on top of turtles... or endless lotus flowers coming out of Krishna's head, etc.
Yea, Bohm is interesting... Bohr and the rest as well...
Bohm has some interesting books out before he died.
