You and I are pretty much in agreement then. I object to warrantless wiretapping. I agree the database is not wiretapping and does not violate any constitutional rights any more than the US Postal service delivering my mail violates any rights. If the govt makes a case that the database is helpful, then there should be no real objection on constitutional grounds. Nice discussing the issues with you. Display the flag, contemplate the reason for Memorial Day and enjoy the holiday. I'm out of town for the next ten days or so...
