Cheney said the war would be over in weeks, certainly months and we would be greeted like liberators. Just weeks after the invasion, Bush staged a huge PR stunt on an aircraft carrier pretending to land a plane himself then posing in front of a banner reading "Mission Accomplished". Soon after he arrogantly cried "Bring it on!" to any insurgents and terrorists who wanted to attack US troops.

This is the single worst administration in US history vis a vis military (mis)leadership.
