Andre, why the cold market reaction? Lemme check my crystal ball... I have no idea. What I will say is that perhaps, maybe the deal is worth 10 cents. Where are the profits in this deal? See my post on the yahoo group. I figured we need to get a quarter million subs from this deal to make it worth a 10c increase in the stock price. Based on history and gut, I don't think we'll see anywhere near that number. Andre
