JCP, If you don't see the budgetary difference between Bush and Clinton, you are truly a hopelessly deluded Koolaide-drinker, and not worth talking to.

If you want to run away from the facts, that's fine by me.

The fact is that when the Democrats controlled Congress, Clinton was acting like a big tax-n-spender. As soon as the GOP took control, Clinton all of a sudden discovered "fiscal responsibility." No, it was Clinton trying to obstruct the GOP agenda. Nothing much got past the White House, and expenses were under control.
