I believed management was adequately involved in share ownership. will check further. A co can overdo providing options and IMO beyond a certain point aditional financial ownership can lead to excessive accounting creativity. Once Xoma demonstrates that it is a significant player in the anti resistance efforts and perhaps that even in the sepsis area has had some success I think Sturza will at least take a serious look at the data. I do not see him as a person that just sticks to one position whiout changing his mind. It wi be interesting to see wht he actually does. The CF safety 24 patient pre trial should go rather quickly. But it would be interesting to se if XOMA indicates how long it may take to complete this first stage.
