Positive Developments UPDATE Long-Term Sentiment: Strong Buy
1) UDW is adding six (6) new positions to its staff. IMHO these positions are required to facilitate an increase in business and/or a new contract with a large energy provider as the Project Manager is required to be "proficient in industry practices and familiar with Energy customer needs."
Current Position Openings:
2006203 - Project Manager 2005120 - Senior Java Developer 2006202 - Software Implementation Specialist 2006206 - Technical Writer I 2006204 - Quality Analyst 2006205 - Professional Services Analyst

2) Is it just a dream of mine or could UDW's credit push technology be really utilized by the likes of Google (GOOG) for its proposed GBuy (Online Google Money), PayPal (Owned by eBay -(EBAY) ) to stay on top, or some other online payment entity like CyberSource (CYBS), Lightbridge (LTBG), Click&Buy (WebPay) or eWise Systems to differentiate itself from other services?
3) Calendar of Events:
TAWPI's 36th Annual Forum & Expo June 11-14, 2006 Navy Pier Chicago, IL
4) Unless something material occurs there may be no news until sometime in June, 2006 when UDW usually announces fiscal & fourth quarter results ending March 31, 2006.
5) Back Office Conversion (BOC) could have a profound affect on UDWs bottom line! What part will their electronic check process or ARC play in this initiative expected to be approved by NACHA in September, 2006 and recently allowed by a Federal Reserve change to REG E?

Update - NACHA approved BOC as indicated by an announcement made May 8, 2006 effective March 16, 2007.

6) Disclosure - I'm holding on for long term gain - projecting that UDW will be trading at $2.50 - $3.50 in 12 months unless they are acquired before then.
Just look at the valuations assigned to other players in the ECC (Electronic Check Conversion) marketplace.

9) Not to be outdone by others in their field UDW has at least one patent pending and maybe more on their proprietary processes.
10) The employment agreement with several key members of management appears to bode well for the future. i.e. top and bottom line targets as well as acquisition incentives.
