Looks like Maglev is a done deal now. China has voluntarily become the testing ground (Yuan Da Tou) of the world for ALL kinds of new/unreliable technology/BS design (in case of that "bird cage" and CCTV office building which is nicknamed "Da Ku Cha"<g>, the Big Egg (so-called National Opera House), to name a few. It is very sad!! washeng.net Maybe this is why the Germany PM rushed to China as soon as she is elected. Since China's own Ci Xun Fu (Magnetic suspension) train will be tested in July in Shanghai. The only positive spin from this is that China gets to buy some technologies except the core one from Germany.
