The executive branch has no business searching the legislative branch. It's a very bad precident.

They did have a valid warrant, so at least one judge thought it was not a violation of separation of powers. That's more than Bush would do for us little people.

And Jefferson has the right to challenge the validity of the warrant through the courts. I'm not sure that Frist or Hastert would have any standing so all they can do is complain about judicial activism.
