Did you ever hear about Solv-ex? They were doing oil sands long before anyone around here knew about oil sands. I can give you a lot of detail about why I and others in the southern oil belt think oil sands are a bad investment but honestly if I do the flame posts I'll get will fill my inbox and its just not worth it for me to deal with as I don't buy into the hype anyway.
