It's a very bad precident. That wasn't convincing. I would think that it would be a bad precedent to establish that the government offices of Congress are some sort of a criminal safety zone. I don't even see an argument that an office represents a separation of powers issue. Give me an argument why it's a bad precedent. jttmab
