RE KLAC; out of curiosity I checked SI for AMAT, NVLS, KLAC and LRCX. The only meaningful increase in SI was at KLAC and the trend is completely opposite from AMAT. One blurb mentioned that Osha (ML) put KLAC on some kind of list
