Yup. Technically, if I cross the border into Oregon (which has not sales tax) and buy a 50" Plasma screen HDTV and pay no tax, I'm supposed to fill out a little form and send my money in to Christine Gregoire. I'll have to keep that in mind next time I shop in Oregon.
