2. Any lag with using the site via internet(any serious lag due to overlogged server)
3. Any server down-time during market hours?
4. Can you get a hold of a broker(via phone) during market hours in a resonable time(not have to hold on the average of 15 minutes)?

4) 2-5 min max wait. if internet too slow, i usually call broker and tell them the problem and i can trade with the discounted online trading fee ($12 vs $25)

5) nope. friendly and phone confirmatoin within an hour of order.
