JCP, Because they've got a LEADER who's pushing back? Apples and Oranges.. Doesn't make sense. The South American leaders have the same kind of relationship with America as the Middle Eastern oil shieks do. Lots of poverty to speak of in South America. Lots of anti-Americanism there, too.
