I asked KT at IR if Soros was an investor, and she said she could neither confirm nor deny that (that she didn't know the answer). She said that the Amber Fund, which has become, since August, a 12% holder of JTS is an off-shore hedge fund, about which she knew nothing more than that they are a friendly (not a takeover) holder of the stock. Her guess was that Soros' name would usually be attached to his funds. Anybody know anything about Soros? Amber Fund?
