Concernig KCHG/OSGE: Message 22483711 From: jmhollen 5/24/2006 4:56:45 PM I just got off the horn with Sam Butero who is the in-house OSGE IR guy. Sandy Winnick was recognized early on as a "..rat in the woodpile..", and he is 'no way' involved with this new effort..!!! At the end of the KCGH era he apparently had about 40MM "..gimme shares..", and it appears that he dumped 30MM of that pre-split banging the BID. It looks as though he has dumped most of the balance of his last 10MM KCGH converted to 13000+/- OSGE shares at the BID over the last day or so. End of story........... To get rolling they have negotiated a very small Debenture and will probably do a small PP also - for working capital. There is a drilling program underway, and it sounds like they may be looking to do some acquisitions. As Fonzie would say, "..Sit on it, Ralph....... ..
