It says something about neocons psyche that you guys can only imagine the darkest worlds

I am merely doing the simplest of straight line extrapolations from the existing one-world governmental structure (the UN General Assembly) to your preferred one-world structure with police power, in which Russia, China, the EU and the Arab states would naturally be major players.

After all, you have done nothing to challenge my impression that these players don't care much for human rights, and not at all outside their own borders (e.g. France may care something for the rights of Frenchmen, but their foreign policy is simply on sale to the highest bidder).

Now, if you assemble an such an assembly and give it legislative and police powers, what will be its priorities? Do you assume that past performance gives you an indication, or do you expect a miraculous transformation?

Maybe it says something about the transnationalist psyche that when somebody says the "international community", you seem to think of Star Trek's Federation Council.

Talk about the triumph of hope over experience!
