The DPI S-4 is online: Infinity has burned
through $124M over the past five years. Down
around page 83 is a table that lays out the
"Implied Value of Infinity"

--it isn't clear to me yet that there is much
cash left at Infinity, so I will try to take
a closer look at that--at the end of 2005
"Total Stockholders’ Equity" is given as
a little over $10M (page F-52).

You can read about IPI-504 around page 150.

It's an awful lot of stuff to slog through.
I'm just along for the ride no matter what--
it isn't at all clear whether DPI is getting a
good deal or not getting into Infinity. I'd like
to have found some cash there--my guess is that
the cash from DPI wont last more than two or three
years. But that may be just enough...

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS RECOMMENDS A VOTE “FOR” PROPOSALS 1 THROUGH 6.

I will vote FOR all six, wish me luck!
I have two hole cards--one marked IPI-504
and one says IPI-609. These may or may not be
winning cards--but I wont fold them. There just
isn't any point to playing if you don't occasionally
let a pot get big, and the only thing out there now
is a small blind.
